Another benefit of high-glycemic carbs is the insulin spike that they deliver. A post-workout increase in insulin helps maximize the uptake of creatine and carnitine (included in Post JYM Active Ingredients Matrix) by the muscle cells. Dextrose is one of the fastest-digesting carbohydrates you can consume. It’s essentially glucose (what blood sugar is) and therefore needs no digesting and is absorbed by the body almost immediately.

Directions Of Use

As a Dietary Supplement, mix 1 scoop of Post JYM Fast-Digesting Carb™ into 16-32 oz. water, preferably within 30 minutes after workouts along with Post JYM Active Ingredients Matrix™.
For endurance athletes, mixing one to two scoops of Post JYM Fast-Digesting Carb in water can be used to sip on during prolonged exercise for energy and hydration.
